Meet Dr. Aynechi

Oral Surgeon Moris Aynechi, MD, DMD

     
 
Moris Aynechi, MD, DMD, is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. His extensive training and experience in oral and facial complex has allowed him to treat a wide range of simple to most complexities of cases. The dedication to the field combined with his passion to community support has enabled him to be the first choice for many of his patients.

Dr Aynechi's graduate training started in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by completing a degree in doctor of dental medicine (DMD) at University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. To validate his interest in a career in surgery, he attended a one year internship in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Maryland at Baltimore. By affirming his strong commitment to this field, then he started his residency in oral & maxillofacial surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. During this period he received his medical degree (MD) from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, and completed a two year general surgery residency. Upon completion of the residency he received a certificate in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training with high honors.

Dr Aynechi returned home to Los Angeles area after completion of his training and has been in private practice ever since. His strong passion to research and education is affirmed by being a member of medical staff at prestigious institutions such as Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA and St. Johns Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. He is currently a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the Los Angeles County Medical Association, the California Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, The Southern California Orofacial Academy and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
